1999 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament
The 1999 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played from February 26-March 1, 1999 at the Kiel Center in St. Louis, Missouri at the conclusion of the 1998–99 regular season. The Creighton Bluejays won their 5th MVC Tournament title to earn an automatic bid to the 1999 NCAA Tournament.
