Ed Opalewski
Edward Leo Opalewski Jr. (November 11, 1919 – March 4, 1993) was an American football player.

A native of Detroit, Opalewski attended Pershing High School and played college football at Michigan State Normal College (now known as Eastern Michigan University).[1]
Opalewski also played professional football in the National Football League (NFL) as a tackle for the Detroit Lions. He appeared in 11 NFL games, five as a starter, during the 1943 and 1944 seasons.[1]
