James H. Carter
James H. Carter (January 18, 1935 – February 27, 2016) was a Justice of the Iowa Supreme Court from August 14, 1982 until his retirement on October 16, 2006.[1] Carter lived in Cedar Rapids, appointed from Linn County, Iowa. He died on February 27, 2016.
