Lion's Perfect Expressive Power
The Lion's Perfect Expressive Power (Tibetan: སེང་གེ་རྩལ་རྫོགས, Wylie: seng ge rtsal rdzogs ) is one of the Seventeen tantras of Dzogchen Upadesha.[1]
