Lionnel Luca
Lionnel Luca (born December 19, 1954 in Boulogne-Billancourt) was a member of the National Assembly of France. Of Romanian origin, he represented the Alpes-Maritimes department from 1997 to 2017,[1] as a member of the Union for a Popular Movement.
