Num Banh Chok
Num Banh Chok (Khmer: នំបញ្ចុក) is a popular noodle soup dish in Cambodia.[1] The dish consists of rice noodles topped with a cool fish gravy and crisp raw vegetables including cucumbers, banana blossom, water lily stems, and fresh herbs, such as basil and mint.[2]
