Pauleta (futsal player)

Paulo César Vaz Mendes (born (1994-06-12)12 June 1994), known as Pauleta, is a Portuguese professional futsal player who plays for Sporting CP[1] and the Portugal national team[2] as a winger.

This name uses Portuguese naming customs: the first or maternal family name is Vaz and the second or paternal family name is Mendes.
