Plain-flanked rail
The plain-flanked rail (Rallus wetmorei) is a species of bird in the family Rallidae. It is endemic to Venezuela.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical mangrove forests and coastal saline lagoons. It is threatened by habitat loss.
