The RAIT Financial Trust is an American real estate investment trust.[1] It was traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the "RAS" ticker up until May 11, 2018.[2][1][3] Its chairman and chief executive officer is Scott L.N. Davidson.[1] The company owns Urban Retail Properties since 2014.
