Subhash Phal Desai

Subhash Uttam Phal Desai is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Goa Legislative Assembly from Sanguem in the 2012 Goa Legislative Assembly election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2][3][4]
