Regnier's most recent book is titled Housing Design for an Increasingly Older Population: Redefining Assisted Living for the Mentally and Physically Frail
Regnier was named as an ACSA Distinguished Professor by the American Collegiate Schools of Architecture in 2008.[2] The USC School of Architecture named him as their Distinguished Alumnus in 2007.[3]
