Vijay Kumar Mandal
Vijay Kumar Mandal alias Vijay Yadav is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Bihar Legislative Assembly from Dinara assembly.[1] Yadav was elected as a member of Rashtriya Janata Dal against cabinet minister of bihar Jai Kumar Singh.[2][3][4]
