The game will be hosted by the Atlanta Braves of the NL at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, which marks the third time the Atlanta area will host the All-Star Game. The last was in 2000, when the Braves hosted the game at Turner Field in downtown Atlanta.

Host selection

Atlanta was awarded the 2021 Major League Baseball All-Star Game on May 30, 2019 by MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred.[1] It will be the first time that Truist Park will host the game. This will be the first All-Star Game after the COVID-19 pandemic; the 2020 All-Star Game, which was supposed to be held at Dodger Stadium, was canceled. As compensation, Los Angeles will get the All-Star Game in 2022.[2]
