Angola at the 2020 Summer Olympics
Angola is expected to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games have been postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.[1] It will be the nation's tenth appearance at the Summer Olympics, with the exception of the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, when it was part of the Soviet boycott.

Handball
Women's tournament
Angola women's handball team qualified for the Olympics by winning the gold medal at the 2019 African Qualification Tournament in Dakar, Senegal.[2]
