Archalbot

Archalbot name comes from a small tree named Archale. It is sour in taste .Native Parajuli's of Archalbot were called Archalbote in previous time .It is located in Pokhara metropolitan city . Few hundred year ago Archalbot use to have a different name (Simal patan) because there used to be large and big simal trees in today's Archalbot . Parajuli's are the native of this place beside this large number of Pun magar have also migrated from Myagdi and Parbat . अर्चलबोट पोखरा-२ अर्चलबोट भन्ने ठाउँको नाम अर्चले भन्ने बोटबाट रहन गएको हो । अर्चलबोटका रैथाने पराजुलीहरुलाइ अर्चलबोटे भन्ने गर्छ्न । पहिला अर्चलबोट भन्ने ठाउँ अहिलेको कालिमाटी(फिर्के पुल) भन्ने ठाउँलाई भन्ने गरिन्थ्यो । त्यो ठाउँबाट उनिहरु बिन्दबासिनी मन्दिर तलको ठाउँमा बसाइ सरे र उनिहरुलाइ अर्चलबोटे भन्ने गरियो र बिस्तार बिस्तारै अर्चलबोटे बस्ने भएको भएर ठाउँको नाउ नै अर्चलबोट रह्यो । अर्चलबोट गाउँको उत्तरमा बिन्दबासिनी मन्दिर पर्छ भने पुर्बमा भैरबटोल पर्छ । पक्षिममा अधेरी कुना पर्छ भने दक्षिण तर्फ बागलुङ बसपार्क पर्छ। अर्चलबोटको खास नाउ भने सिमलपाटन हो । पहिले पहिले अर्चलबोटमा ठुला ठुला सिमलका रुखहरु थिए अरे।
