It is suspected that this village has undergone a name change or no longer exists, as no Azerbaijani website mentions it under this name.
Kusur is a Tsakhur village 50 km northeast in Russia. The two placements seem to be placed similarly to their respective international borders. The Azerbaijani placement is probably a map error.
