Mickey Stephens
Edward V. "Mickey" Stephens (born April 4, 1944) is an American politician. He is a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from the 165th District, serving since 2008. He is a member of the Democratic party.[1] He also served in the House from 2002 to 2004.
