Yoshitaka Isomura
Yoshitaka Isomura (磯村 嘉孝, Isomura Yoshitaka, born November 1, 1992 in Toyota, Aichi, Japan) is a professional Japanese baseball player. He plays catcher for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp.[1][2]
