Grey has a career high WTA singles ranking of 426, achieved on 15 October 2018. She also has a career high WTA doubles ranking of 153, achieved on 1 April 2019. Grey has won eleven ITF doubles titles.[1]
She made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the 2019 Dubai Tennis Championships, receiving a wild card into the doubles event, partnering Eden Silva.[2]
