Vengara (State Assembly constituency)
Vengara State assembly constituency (Malayalam: വേങ്ങര നിയമസഭാ നിയോജക മണ്ഡലം) is one of the 140 state legislative assembly constituencies in Kerala state in southern India. It is also one of the 7 state legislative assembly constituencies included in the Malappuram Lok Sabha constituency.[1] As of the 2016 assembly elections, the current MLA is K. N. A. Khader of IUML.

Vengara assembly constituency faced a bypoll due to the election of the sitting MLA P. K. Kunhalikutty into Indian Lok Sabha in 2017.[4] There were 1,70,006 registered voters for the subsequent byelection.
